Quality is a sequence of gates, not a final inspection.

During design and manufacturing the entire process goes through stringent tests and continuous monitoring. Here is exactly what that means, gate by gate.

Inspection chain

Six checks every order passes.

  1. Gate 01

    Free DFM review

Every incoming design gets a manufacturability review at no cost, before you commit to a build. We report what will cause yield loss, what will make test impossible, and what would be cheaper done differently.

  2. Gate 02

    Incoming part verification

Components are bought only from reputable, authorised distributors — DigiKey, Mouser, Semikart and element14 among them — and our quality department verifies every part before it enters the build.

  3. Gate 03

    Bare-board electrical test

Bare-board test and flying-probe test on fabricated boards, before a single component is placed. Finding an open on a bare board costs pennies; finding it after assembly costs the whole assembly.

  4. Gate 04

    100% AOI and X-ray

Automated optical inspection on every assembled board — not a sample — plus X-ray inspection on every BGA package, down to 0.25 mm pitch. Vias under BGAs must be tented with solder mask to guarantee joint quality.

  5. Gate 05

    Net-list and functional test

100% net-list testing as standard. Functional test and IC programming to your specification, and in-circuit test with fixtures developed alongside our key partners where the volume justifies it.

  6. Gate 06

    First-article approval

Ask us and we will photograph the first assembled board and hold volume production until you confirm it. Add the note to your BOM or the order email — there is no charge for it.

Compliance & confidentiality

What we can state in writing.

We would rather be precise about our current scope than imply accreditations we do not hold. Ask about a specific standard and you will get a straight answer.

RoHS compliant builds

RoHS and non-RoHS assembly at the same price. State your requirement with the order — it changes the process, not the invoice.

Authorised supply chain

Parts sourced exclusively through authorised distributors, so counterfeit risk is controlled at the point of purchase.

NDA and data protection

Mutual NDA available before any files change hands. We respect the privacy of every customer and never share personal information or designs with third parties.

Traceable build records

Order acknowledgement and proforma invoice generated automatically, with build documentation retained against each job.

Controlled despatch

Dedicated transport regionally, plus Blue Dart and Nandan courier, with packaging specified to protect assembled boards in transit.

Named engineering contact

One engineer owns your project end to end, reachable outside business hours while a build is running.

Working to a formal standard? If your programme requires a specific certification — ISO 9001, IPC class, AS9100 or similar — tell us which one and we will confirm our current scope in writing before you place an order.

Send a design and let the DFM report speak.

The review is free and it is the fastest way to see how we work. You will get a written assessment of manufacturability, testability and cost — whether or not you place the order.
