Every sector has one constraint that decides the design.

Vibration in mining. Creepage in power. Traceability in pharma. We design to the constraint that actually governs your product — not to a house template.

01  Mining

Control electronics that survive the shift

Mining hardware fails from vibration, dust ingress and thermal cycling long before it fails electrically. We specify for mechanical survival first: potting and conformal coating, connector strain relief, generous copper for thermal spreading, and component choices rated well beyond nominal.

02  Energy metering

Metrology-grade analog front ends

A meter is only as good as its analog path. Layout decides whether you hold accuracy across temperature and load: star grounding, guarded high-impedance nodes, careful separation of switching noise from measurement, and creepage that satisfies the safety standard on the first submission.

03  Communication

High-speed routing with controlled impedance

Telecom boards live or die on the stack-up. We define impedance targets before placement, keep differential pairs matched and referenced to a continuous plane, and design the return path deliberately — so EMC testing confirms the design rather than discovering it.

04  Power supply

Switching layout and magnetics together

Power design is where our magnetics work and our layout work meet. We keep switching loops tight, place the transformer with thermal rise in mind, and design the EMI filter as part of the board rather than a fix bolted on after a failed pre-compliance scan.

Also served

Seven more sectors we build for.

Food processing

Washdown-ready sensing and control, with sealed enclosures and coatings that tolerate steam, caustic cleaning and condensation.

Consumer electronics

Cost-down redesign for volume: layer reduction, panel utilisation and part consolidation that repeat their saving on every unit built.

Healthcare & hospitality

Low-noise instrumentation and reliable, quiet-running control electronics for equipment that operates continuously around people.

Agricultural equipment

Wide-temperature, rugged assemblies for machinery that sits outdoors, gets hosed down, and runs on an unstable supply.

Aerospace

Documented, traceable build records with controlled part sourcing — tell us the programme requirement and we will confirm scope in writing.

Pharmaceutical

Process control and data logging hardware where the audit trail matters as much as the measurement itself.

Electrical apparatus

Switchgear, lighting, drives and the wide range of electrical and electronic apparatus that keeps a plant running.

Temperature range, vibration profile, isolation class, emissions standard, audit requirement — whatever the real limit is. That is where a design conversation should start.
