Most boards that fail in production fail for reasons that were visible during layout: a return path broken by a plane split, a part that was already end-of-life, a test point nobody could reach. We resolve those questions while the design is still cheap to change. That is what "first-time right" actually means, and it is why our customers reach volume with fewer spins.

- Schematic capture
- We create schematics from specifications, marked-up sheets, block diagrams or a conversation. Send a PDF or a sketch and we convert it into your preferred CAD format — validating the BOM as part of the process.
- Board and system architecture
- System and board-level architecture specification, engineering design specification, component selection, obsolescence planning, symbol and footprint creation, timing analysis and netlist generation.
- Simulation and analysis
- Power DC-drop simulation, power integrity and signal integrity analysis, differential impedance control and high-speed routing strategy — so EMC testing is a formality rather than a gamble.
- Cost optimisation
- We review an existing product or design and propose cost reductions. Layer count can often come down by using tighter conductor and via geometries — a saving that repeats on every board you build.
- Reverse engineering input
- Missing the original design data? We work from a bare board, an assembled board or old drawings and produce a new design with complete supporting documentation. See reverse engineering
