We offer complete PCB assembly in India — turnkey and partial turnkey — covering PCB manufacture, procurement of 100% original components, assembly, PCBA testing and continuous quality monitoring.
Boards are populated using surface-mount technology, through-hole technology and manual insertion, from prototype quantities through low and middle volume up to a million pieces. Where a component cannot be sourced, our engineers propose fair-priced alternatives and wait for your written approval before any substitution.
We also warehouse a meaningful inventory of common parts, which takes days out of a prototype build when a single passive would otherwise hold up the line.

Before you send a consigned kit
Include 10% extra passives and small ICs to cover placement loss. Working days are counted from the date your components reach us. If you already hold a stencil, note it on the enquiry.
Data pack
Three files and we can quote.
Gerber, centroid and BOM. If your PCB order is already with us and the Gerbers include silkscreen, copper and solder-paste layers, we only need the latter two.
Send the data packAlso called insertion, pick-and-place or XY data. It describes the position and orientation of every surface-mount part: reference designator, X and Y position, rotation, and which side of the board it sits on. Only surface-mount parts appear in it.
Some CAD tools generate it automatically and some do not — you may need to configure the output before exporting.
Yes. Before shipping, contact us with the full shipping information, quantities and part numbers so we can book them in against your order.
Yes. Add the note “send me photos of the first assembled board to confirm” in the BOM, or email the request with your order, and we will hold volume until you approve.
Gerber RS-274X by default, with Excellon drill data. We also accept ODB++, Protel .PCB / .PCBDOC and Eagle .BRD — state your Eagle version to avoid conversion errors. We cannot accept 274D.
